Return policy

    If you want to return your item or exchange, send an email over to our team and we will send you a return label. Return up to 30 days after receiving your item.

    As pre-order items are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are considered final. Consequently, they cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    Delivery

      Each designer has their own shipping time as it depends on the made to order. This will be updated per item in our shop for each designer. If you are not sure, email us and we can give you more details.

      We ship through Shopify shipping, which uses: DPD UK, Evri and Yodel.

      Please be advised that delays in order delivery may be a result of unforeseen circumstances arising during the manufacturing process. However, we make every effort to estimate delivery timeframes as accurately as possible.

      You will receive an email notification whenever your order status changes.

      Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us at contact@tinkcollective.com

      Location

        Tink Collective is located in London, UK.

        Brands from season 1 are all located in London, or surrounding London.

        Defective

          Email us with pictures of the defective item, the name of the brand and order information. With that information we will solve the issue.

          Changes

            Please be advised that all pre-orders are final. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no changes to sizes or colours can be made.

            If there is an issue: email us with the problem, we will send it over to the designer the following day. We check our orders daily. Please be advise to not change any order after 24hrs.

            *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. 

             

            **Please be aware that customs and duty fees will apply and are not included in our prices, we would advise you to check with your local customs office in regards.

             

            ***Any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during the shipping process is the responsibility of the delivery courier. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any issues that may arise during transit.
